Substrate recommendations

For optimal results, AutoPot recommends a high-quality substrate mix of 50% perlite/clay expander and 50% coco substrate or soil. The bottom 3-5 cm of the pot should be filled with clay expander to prevent waterlogging and ensure optimal drainage. Alternatively, an air base can be used.
