GrowMax Water Mega Grow 1000 - Up to 40 L/h

The GrowMax Mega Grow 1000 is a highly efficient reverse osmosis system for professional use in large-scale grow projects, greenhouses, aquaponics systems, or indoor farms. With a capacity of up to 40 liters per hour (1000 liters per day), it reliably delivers soft, pollutant-free water with a low EC value – perfect for use in sensitive crops or when precise nutrient control is required.

4-stage water treatment for maximum purity

The system works in four steps:

1. 5 µm sediment filter – removes rust, sand, dust and other particles
2. GAC activated carbon filter – removes chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, VOCs
3. RO membrane (TFC 500 GPD) – reduces salts, heavy metals, nitrate, nitrite, fluoride, limescale and much more.
4. Activated carbon post-filter – removes remaining odors and ensures a neutral taste

The result is osmosis water with a low EC value (approx. 0.0–0.2 mS/cm) and a pH value of around 6.5 – perfect for targeted fertilization and sensitive plants.

Application & connection

The system operates without electricity , but requires a stable water pressure between 3 and 5 bar and an inlet water quality below 550 ppm . For low pressure, we recommend using the Max Pump 700. Installation is done using the included adapters for standard faucets , external threads, or garden hose connections.

Filter change & maintenance

For maximum performance, the system should be serviced regularly:

• Sediment & activated carbon filters: every 4–6 months
• RO membrane: approximately every 12 months (depending on water quality and usage)
• Post-filter: every 6 months

Replacement filters and membranes are available separately and can be easily replaced thanks to the quick-change system.
