Available only for exchange for a used filter. Please note: Water Trim is a branded product that is in circulation, and we only accept unaltered and undamaged returns! Signs of wear are not a problem.

Each previous shipment contains a DHL return label in the delivery note pocket, which you should keep and use for your next order.

If you've misplaced this, please specify "Extra Return Label" in your order. You will also receive this free of charge. It will then be sent to your registered email address.
After we receive your used filter and payment, the WT Regainer will be shipped directly to you.

The Regainer will usually reach you 2-3 days after you have sent the returned filter cartridge.

Note: We recommend roughly draining the filter cartridge before returning it. This should only be done via the two water connections. Never drain the filter cartridge via the unscrewed head screw or the unscrewed head!

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.90 , and for seed orders, it's just €3.90 . We want to offer you a special shopping experience – for orders over €150, we cover the shipping costs for you, so your order will be delivered to your home free of charge.
